Customer Data: To use our invoicing features, you may input data about your customers, including their names, contact details, and transaction history. You retain all rights to this data.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
- Process transactions and send related information, including invoices and payment tracking.
- Facilitate the creation of WhatsApp communication links.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
3. WhatsApp Integration
PayTrack uses WhatsApp's standard "click-to-chat" features to open your local WhatsApp application with pre-filled messages. We do not have access to your personal WhatsApp account, we do not read your private messages, and we do not store your chat history.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and customer data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You have full control over your data. If you no longer wish to use PayTrack, you can permanently delete your account directly from the Settingstab in your dashboard. Selecting "Delete your Account" will immediately and irreversibly erase your profile, business details, customer data, invoices, and payment records from our active databases.
