Welcome to PayTrack, operated by Roshan Digital Labs. By accessing or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Use of Service

PayTrack provides invoicing, customer management, and payment tracking tools. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are entirely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoices you generate and the messages you send using our tools.

2. Account Responsibilities & Deletion

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You may terminate your account at any time via the Settings page in your dashboard. Account deletion is a permanent action that securely erases all associated data, and Roshan Digital Labs is not liable for data lost due to user-initiated account deletion.

3. Communication & Spam

PayTrack provides links to initiate WhatsApp conversations. You agree NOT to use these tools to send unsolicited spam, abusive, or fraudulent messages. You must comply with WhatsApp's terms of service and applicable anti-spam laws.

4. Intellectual Property

The PayTrack software, including its design, codebase, and branding, is the property of Roshan Digi Labs (Private) Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

PayTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Roshan Digi Labs (Private) Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to lost profits or data.
